Xiaomi accidentally shared an image of the Redmi Pad tablet

This week will see the premiere of the Xiaomi 12T and 12T Pro. Pictures and data about the phones have already been leaked, and in addition to them, a rumor has spread that the Redmi line will also get a tablet, the Redmi Pad. Now the arrival of the Redmi Pad has been confirmed by Xiaomi Kuwait’s Instagram, where they shared a photo of the tablet, while at the same time the Price doll it says that the manufacturer has pushed the presentation date to October.

The published photo of the tablet matches what could be seen in the render images, the tablet will be available in graphite gray and silver colors in addition to the mint green shown in the picture. THE Price doll according to its sources, two configurations are certain, 3/64 GB and 4/64 GB, but the previously rumored 4/128 GB version may not leave China.

Also only knowing the hardware based on rumors, the system chip is said to be MediaTek MT8781, a mid-range chip whose CPU works with two 2.2 GHz Cortex-A76 cores and six 2.0 GHz Cortex-A55 cores. A Mali-G57 MC2 GPU can be placed next to it, from which it is easy to conclude that it is a 6 nanometer Helio G99 variant. Rumors talk about an 11.2-inch IPS LCD, MIUI Pad 13 based on Android 12, a 7,800 mAh battery, 22.5-watt charging, an 8-megapixel camera and “2K” resolution.

It is certain that the tablet will have Wi-Fi and Wi-Fi + 4G/LTE models, the latter of which has already been approved by the competent authority in the United Arab Emirates. In Europe, the price of the tablet is expected to start at 250 euros, but if you need more storage space and mobile network connections, you can easily increase the prices to 350 euros.
