Xiaomi 13 and Redmi Note 12: new smartphones undergo EEC certification

Although Xiaomi has not yet completed its lineup 12 release schedule, the Chinese manufacturer continues to develop its next high-end smartphones. We recently had access to a number of rumors coming out of China.

This time, the devices were found in the EEC database. The information was confirmed by more than one leaker, and the Xiaomi 13 family devices carry the numbers: 2210132G and 2210133G.

In other words, we can be talking about the Xiaomi 13 and 13 Pro models, while the letters G present at the end of the codes indicate that they are models that should be sold on the global market.

On the other hand, the members of the Redmi Note 12 line were found with the numbers: 22101316G and 22101316UG. The source who had access to the certification environment for the first time also confirms that these smartphones are listed as members of the Redmi catalog.

According to previous rumors, the new smartphones of the Redmi Note 12 family are expected to be announced in China in mid-October.

For now, Xiaomi does not comment on the matter officially. In any case, we should expect the Xiaomi 13 family to deliver a Snapdragon 8 Plus Gen 2 processor, wired charging with more than 100W, Surge P1 chip, 50W wireless charging and even a 200 MP main camera in the Ultra variant.
