Xiaomi 12T and 12T Pro have leaked memory and color options

Xiaomi will reveal the 12T and 12T Pro as high-performance models, with them bringing more powerful processors to the family. Now they’ve had more information leaked ahead of their presentation, where details about memories and color choices were released.

According to the Indian portal Pricebaba, as the new models of the Xiaomi 12S family will not be revealed globally, it is the responsibility of the Xiaomi 12T and Xiaomi 12T Pro to bring the latest high-end platforms to the international market.

The website says that both devices will be made official with the same color options, which will be three: Cosmic Black (black), Lunar Silver (silver) and Clear Blue (blue). Also, each must contain two different memory variants. The Xiaomi 12T should arrive with 8 GB of RAM, with 128 GB or 256 GB of internal space.

On the other hand, the Xiaomi 12T Pro will have 256GB of storage as standard, but the consumer will be able to choose between 8GB or 12GB of RAM.

What to expect from the Xiaomi 12T and Xiaomi 12T Pro?

They should share most of their technical specifications, basically differing in the main rear camera, processor and maximum loading speed. In this way, the two will bring a 6.67-inch AMOLED screen with Full HD + resolution. Nothing has been said about the refresh rate, but it is likely to maintain the 120 Hz of the last generation.

In addition, selfies should be produced by a 20 MP front sensor, while at the back they will have an 8 MP camera with an ultrawide lens and a 2 MP camera for macro photography. The first modifications appear here, with the Xiaomi 12T having a main rear of 108 MP against a 200 MP of the 12T Pro, making the latter the first global smartphone of the manufacturer with such a novelty.

Its processors will be from different manufacturers, with the 12T coming with a MediaTek Dimensity 8100 Ultra chip against the 12T Pro’s Qualcomm Snapdragon 8 Plus Gen 1. They will share a 5,000 mAh battery, but while the most basic will have charging at “only” 67 W, the Pro sibling should support 120 W.

Unfortunately, there is still no concrete date for the release of the duo, but the latest rumors say that the news will be revealed later this month.
