Apple could use the month of September for the next Apple event 2021. A real firework of products and plan up to three keynotes to introduce the iPhone 13, new MacBooks, the new iPads, and the Apple Watch Series 7.
Apple traditionally distributes its product presentations over the months of September, October, and November. The Taiwanese online magazine Digitimes (behind a paywall), however, is certain that the company from Cupertino will use the late summer month for its keynotes this year.
iPhone 13 is the beginning, but what follows is unclear
For Apple, the iPhone is and will remain the most important category. Accordingly, the smartphone segment also opens the presentation marathon. Whether the MacBooks, a Mac Mini, the iPads and accessories, or maybe the AirPods 3 will follow, remains to be seen at the moment.
Apple Watch 7 and Fitness+
It is very likely that the iPhone 13 (on the other hand, it is unclear whether the phone really has the number 13 in its name) will be presented together with the Apple Watch 7 Series with its accessories at the Apple launch event in September 14th.
Gurman anticipates a “bit of a makeover” for the Apple Watch Series 7, with flatter screens and improved screen technologies, as well as a speedier CPU. For months, it has been speculated that Apple will introduce a flatter design for the new Watch.
Gurman bets that the next entry-level AirPods model will feature a “design closer to the AirPods Pro, featuring a new in-ear form and shorter stems” in Apple event 2021. According to him, this will be the “biggest substantial upgrade to that portion of Apple’s AirPods range since the original model appeared in 2016.”
Normally, the next date would not be back until October, when Apple usually updates its iPad models. This year it is rumored that Apple is showing at least one completely redesigned iPad Mini.
