Warrior Nun: Season 2 premieres on Netflix; know everything!

Now it’s official: the Warrior Nun season 2 is now available on Netflix🇧🇷 The action fantasy series created by Simon Barry (Van Helsing) made its debut on the streaming service today (10). The work is a adaptation of the comics of the same name, conceived by author Ben Dunn🇧🇷


The first season of the production aired in 2020. That is, fans had to wait anxiously for almost two years to follow new episodes of the plot. But the wait is finally over.

The first season of Warrior Nun featured ten episodes in total. However, the second season will be shorter, with only eight chapters.


The durations of the episodes remain the same and revolve around 60 minutes.

What is Warrior Nun’s story?

The work tells the story of the protagonist Ava Silva, a 19-year-old orphan girl who, surprisingly, wakes up in a morgue. Upon awakening and realizing that a divine artifact has been placed in her body, it is revealed that the young woman is part of a secret sect full of demon-hunting nuns called the Order of the Cruciform Sword.

From that point on, Ava has new allies, but also new mysterious enemies, who will not give her rest and will do everything to make evil triumph over the land.


The series was initially intended as a movie. However, it was soon adapted to the series format, having been renewed just a few months after its official debut on Netflix.

The main cast of Warrior Nun features Alba Baptista, Tristán Ulloa, Kristina Tonteri-Young, Lorena Andrea, Toya Turner and Thekla Reuten.
