Twitter It has many hidden features that anyone can take advantage of for a better experience. It is the most popular online streaming platform in the world with thousands of users streaming images of themselves talking, singing, playing games or while doing so you can interact with the audience in various ways.

It is so popular today that companies like Valve either Google they are trying to enter to compete with them. And it is that this platform has known how to play its cards well, taking advantage of the constant controversy of Youtube with the way you pay your streamers.

Although Twitch started out as a basic service for streaming and watching video game, it has quickly become a source of income for many usersand many of Twitch’s most popular users earn well above the average monthly household income.

1. Use Theater Mode in broadcasts

When you enter a stream, you’ll see a fairly large screen but surrounded by some Twitch UI elements.

If you want to focus on this program, there is a Theater Mode in which the video occupies the entire screen of the platform, with the exception of a column on the right that is left for comments.

2. If it is broadcast, it is better to become an affiliate

Twitch has an affiliate program that allows you to try and monetize an account and your streams. To be eligible for this program, the user must have streamed at least 500 minutes for at least seven days in the last month. You must also have a minimum of 50 followers and 3 simultaneous visitors on average.

If these minimum requirements are met, an invitation should be received by email. If it is possible to join the program, the user will be able to receive money for the visits they have and for the system bits.

3. Take advantage of the internal currency

Twitch has a virtual currency system called Bits that is used to send Cheers. These Cheers are paid messages that appear in chat and contain animated emoticons that set you apart from other users. With this, Twitch allows users to cheer on their favorite streamers and stand out in the comments.

On the other hand, streamers can take advantage of this system when they enter the affiliate program and receive monetary compensation of 1 cent per bit for those used on their channel. Bits can be purchased as a user by visiting this website.

4. Use apps outside of Twitch

As a streamer, Twitch will offer plenty of options to engage with your audience, including a list of recommended apps for running shows live. However, there are still plenty of other third-party tools on the web that can help a streamer improve their streams.

One of them is KapChat, which captures channel chat and allows you to integrate it directly into the OBS or XSplit app stream.

You can also find use social media pop up, which displays the username in other social networks every five minutes on the broadcast screen.

5. Clip and post a snippet from a stream

If a broadcast has just been made, the streamer you can create a short clip with the exact moment and post it on your profile. The process is extremely simple and can be started with a button on the stream or a key combination.

– Enter a broadcast you have made.

– You can do the same simply pressing Alt + X

– You will be taken to the clipping screen, where the user has to select the moment of the transmission that they want to capture and publish.
