Directed by Taika Waititi, we will find Chris Hemsworth and Natalie Portman in the main roles. Tessa Thompson will also be there, and two other big names in Hollywood will also take place: Russel Crowe and Christian Bale. The latter will play the great villain of the film: Gorr. Finally, the presence of the Guardians of the Galaxy in full is mentioned.

A new enemy for Thor played by Christian Bale

For the rest, we have quite little information on the story and still no trailer. The release of a collection of LEGO figurines signed Hasbro, however, teases the story a little more.

We can thus see a huge Viking ship which could be an important place in the next film. The latter is pulled by… two goats. We also see the character of Korg, appreciated for his comic aspect, which will be played by Taika Waititi himself, as in Thor Ragnarok .

Finally, and this is an important detail. Fans wondered how Jane Foster (Natalie Portman) was going to get Thor’s hammer back. However, on the figurine, the latter is full of cracks. We can therefore imagine that the heroine was able to obtain the original hammer of Thor and repair it without really knowing how.

There are therefore many open questions for this next MCU film. In particular, we are dying to see the new villain Gorr, the God Butcher , at work, a being who has sworn to rid the universe of gods like Thor. A few more months of patience and we will be able to discover Thor: Love and Thunder on the big screen.
