The Rings of Power: Episode 7 of the series changes Balrog’s origin; check out!

one more episode of The Lord of the Rings: The Rings of Power arrived on Amazon Prime Videos, bringing a different take on the Balrog monster.

In the original story, created by JRR Tolkien, Balrogs are creatures of the Maiar race seduced and corrupted by Melkor, becoming the antagonist’s most sinister servants. When their stronghold of Utumno was destroyed by the Valar, they fled and hid in the pits of Angband.

In the new series, the demons of the Ancient World are inserted into the work when Elrond (Robert Aramayo) and Prince Durin IV (Owain Arthur) continue the excavations, going against the wishes of the king.

However, they are caught during the action by the monarch himself, who decrees the arrest of the elf, in addition to giving a harsh lecture to the dwarf son and cutting him off the throne.

Still in the mines, King Durin III throws a leaf into the hole dug by his son. This leaf falls into the depths of a moat and, surprising fans, shows a Balrog incinerating it.

The Rings of Power is a new series from Amazon Prime Video, based on the mythology created by Tolkien. Every Friday, a new episode airs.
