Spring is approaching, so the new Samsung Galaxy A series will arrive soon. We have already seen render images of the phones, the information about the hardware is also detailed, but Samsung has not yet communicated about the Galaxy A34 and Galaxy A54 through official channels. The last of the devices, the A54, was also visited by the French authorities in the past few days, they examined whether the device meets the standards expected of technical devices sold in the country. According to the leaked document, it is SM-A546B device successfully met the requirements on February 13, 2023, and the mobile phone’s installability was rated 8.4 out of 10 points. Last year’s Galaxy A53 and the new S23 both received 8.2 points out of ten.

The French list several positives, but as negatives this year they also mention the hard-to-open device case, the need for special tools and the arrangement of the various components inside the phone.
If the rumors are true, the Galaxy A54 is expected to come with a 5G-capable Exynos 1380 SoC, 6 or 8 GB of RAM, and 128 or 256 GB of storage. The display can be a 6.5- or 6.6-inch FHD+ AMOLED panel with a 120 Hz refresh rate, the device housing has a 5000 mAh battery and a 25-watt charger, but there will be no wall adapter in the box. The number of cameras on the back can be reduced to three: wide, ultra-wide and macro. It seems that the depth sensor will be abandoned this year, but the top-center perforated camera will remain on the front panel.
