A POCO M4 Pro 5G that focuses on gaming
To appeal to mobile gamers on a low budget and position its POCO M4 Pro 5G as one of the best smartphones for gaming in its category, the Chinese manufacturer trusts MediaTek and its mid-range Dimensity 810 processor, accompanied by 4 or 6 GB of RAM. We will be judging from evidence what the SoC is capable of in our full phone test.
The screen is also an important component when playing games, and POCO has understood this well by equipping its mobile with a Full HD + IPS screen with a touch sampling rate of 240 Hz and an adaptive refresh rate of 90. Hz. The panel is therefore able to go down to 25 fps when watching a movie or go up to 60 or 90 fps in games.

Fast charging is also in the game, with a 33W power pack supplied in the box that should be able to fully charge the phone in an hour all round. On the photo side, the POCO M4 Pro 5G is equipped with a dual 50 and 8 megapixel sensor. At the front, it’s a 16-megapixel sensor that will take care of selfies. During our test of the Xiaomi POCO M3, we raised the weakness of the photo module. We can bet that his successor does better on this point.
