At the same time, Gurman assures that Apple is already working on the M3 chip, a processor of its own that could arrive at the end of 2023.
The Cupertino company, as remembered, plans to launch the M2 chip in the coming months. This processor will arrive with a higher performance than the M1 chip, but without reaching the performance of the M1 Pro, M1 Max or M1 Ultra. Therefore, the M3 chip could improve the performance of the future M2.
The first model with this processor is expected to be a new iMac. “If you’re looking forward to a new iMac, I’m hearing an M3 version of that desktop is already in the works, though I imagine it won’t be released until late next year at the earliest,” Gurman said.
How to monitor sleep with an Apple Watch
The sleep monitoring function tracks data when the user goes to sleep automatically. But to be able to enable this option you have to enter the Settings menu and activate it. This is how it can be done:
1. Enter the Health app.
2. Then choose the option To sleep.
3. Then enter the or the routines that you want to add.
4. Once this is done you have to Set sleep and sleep goals.
Then you can enter the menu Standby where you can choose options like activate automatically Y Rest Time Tracking with the iPhone.
Once this is done, it will automatically turn on the mode Do not bother when the telephone is suspended and therefore the user is considered to be sleeping.
It should be noted that sleep mode disables notifications from the cell phone and the clock. To be able to see the time in that case you will have to press on the Apple Watch face.
Then the user can check from the iPhone Health application the amount of time they slept. This information will be recorded and data from previous days and weeks can be accessed to verify rest trends.
