The Midnight Club: Netflix releases trailer for the horror series; watch!
The teen horror series The Midnight Club It already has a premiere date on Netflix: October 7. For now, we can take a small peek at what’s to come, in the trailer released by the streaming platform on its social networks.
The series, produced and directed by Mike Flanagan (from The Curse of Hill House, The Curse of Bly Manor and Midnight Mass), is inspired by the novels of the same name by Christopher Pike.
They join him in the team of The Midnight ClubViet Nguyen (from Lucifer and The Chilling World of Sabrina), Axelle Carolyn (from creepshow and The Curse of Bly Manor), Morgan Beggs (from era uma vez and smallville), Emmanuel Osei-Kuffour (from black box) and Michael Fimognari (from The Curse of Hill House).

Flanagan had already revealed the full cast of the series on his social networks: “The Midnight Club consists of Adia, Igby Rigney, Ruth Codd, William Chris Sumpter, Aya Furukawa, Annarah Shephard and Sauriyan Sapkota”.
The director also revealed supporting actors Zach Gilford, Samantha Sloyan and Matt Biedel. As the enigmatic doctor who runs the hospice hospital for young adults, the chosen one was Heather Langenkamp, a well-known “scream queen”.
Heather has participated in dozens of horror films, including the franchises The nightmare time and Hellraiserin addition to acting as a producer of The Awakening of the Deadby George A. Romero.
“For horror fans like me, Heather is royalty, and I’m very excited to work with. I’ve dreamed of this project since I was a teenager, and I can’t wait to embark on yet another adventure with my partner in crime (and television) Trevor Macy, as well as the fantastic team we’ve cultivated.”
According to the series’ synopsis on Netflix, “In a mansion with a mysterious history, the eight members of the Midnight Club they gather every night at midnight to tell horror stories – and look for signs of the supernatural beyond. Christopher Pike’s beloved book series is brought to life by the creators of The Haunting of Hill House.”
