The Galaxy A34 and A54 may arrive on March 15

The new generation of Samsung’s most popular phones may arrive within two weeks. If OnLeaks’ information is true, the South Korean company plans to unveil the Samsung Galaxy A34and Galaxy A54. There is no word yet on whether there will be any formal event or whether the devices will only be presented in a YouTube video.

Based on previously leaked information, the Galaxy A54 will feature a 6.4-inch AMOLED display with a 120 Hz refresh rate and a camera hole cut in the top-center. In the device, the South Koreans’ self-developed Exynos 1380 chip can serve with 8 GB of RAM and 256 GB of storage space. On the back, the 50 MP main camera can be supplemented by a 12 MP f/2.2 ultra-wide and a 5 MP macro, and the resolution of the front camera can be 32 MP. The battery remains at 5000 mAh, and the charging is 25 watts. The device housing will be waterproof (IP67), and there will be a USB-C connector at the bottom, but the 3.5 mm jack is not expected to return.

The physical dimensions of the Galaxy A34 may be larger, this device will offer a 6.6-inch AMOLED panel with a 120 Hz refresh rate, and it will be powered by the Dimensity 1080 SoC developed by MediaTek. The 256 GB version is said to be available for this model, but only 6 GB of RAM is available, and the cameras on the back come with a resolution of 48 + 5 + 2 MP. The front camera is located in a U-shaped notch, with a resolution of 13 MP. The charging and battery size will be the same as the A54.

In terms of software, no big difference is expected between the two phones either, both can come with Android 13-based One UI 5.1 interface.
