The first leaked iOS 15.3 beta is finally officially available

On the day of December 17, the beta version of iOS 15.3 was made available on the website Apple Developer, but it was not planned.

Since made “public”, this beta version of the iPhone operating system was more or less hidden on the Apple site.

An internal leak for ultimately not much

Rather rare at Apple, at least on the software side, a leak took place and it was directly caused by the company itself. Usually available only after the announcement, the new beta version of iOS has however been offered for download on the website of Apple Developer, where anyone could download it with a little digging. After recovering the IPSW file, it was enough to restore the phone and manually install the update on it.

A few hours later, beta 1 of iOS 15.3 was made available to anyone wishing to try it on their compatible iPhone. Finally, this does not bring much for the time being. There are a few dedicated changes to Siri’s API as well as a few fixes here and there, but nothing more.

At the same time, we learn that Apple (which continues its meteoric rise on the stock market) is also working on the next updates to watchOS and tvOS, the latest versions of which were recently released.

In the Spring of next year, Apple is expected to release iOS 15.4 with Universal Control and support for driving license and ID cards in the Wallet app. Stay tuned for further information on the latest additions as soon as the developers have finished tweaking with the new release.
