The external display of the Find N2 Flip gets new functions

We ourselves found the Oppo Find N2 Flip, which is also available on the international market, to be a well-thought-out, attractive and competitive device during the test, even though we still felt some potential in the external display on the software side. Oppo may have thought so too, as the latest update brings two handy features to extend usability when folded. (Seizing the opportunity as an aside, Oppo reaffirmed its commitment to four years of software support.)

One of them is the Spotify app, which was developed together with the streaming service provider. The Spotify widget that can be placed on the external display allows you to control music and save the currently playing track to the library, and of course also displays the album covers. The other innovation is the conversion of speech into text, which the WhatsApp, Messenger, Messages by Google, Telegram and LINE support. Until now, it was possible to reply with pre-written, short messages from the external display, but after the update, you can have a full-fledged conversation without opening the device, you just have to dictate the desired text.
