Several new applications for the Apple Watch Ultra became available in quick succession, which the manufacturer already mentioned at the presentation, but we had to wait a bit for the software to be ready. The Oceanic+ app allows us to use the device as a complex diving computer, and the Sloap will help us while skiing and snowboarding. It is geographically possible (let’s say not around here, but it is possible) to try both new functions in a hurry, but after the dive, we must wait 24 hours before bringing the 300-meter difference in level together (see: caisson disease).
The Sloap application works closely with the watch, the action button can be assigned to start the activity through the Sloap application, and we can pause it by pressing the action button and the release button at the same time, but it also works with Siri, so voice commands are also an option. Sloap can also tell us which accommodation is ours and where it is, although cooling down after skiing or snowboarding is relatively rarely so powerful that we cannot answer this question without help.
