Stranger Things: Maya Hawke Wants Robin Dead in Season 5; understand!

In an interview with Rolling Stone magazine, actress Maya Hawke, who plays Robin in Stranger Things, surprised fans by stating that he wishes for Robin’s death in Season 5. After all, this is the last season of the series and, therefore, the actress believes that it is inevitable that some characters will die.
“Well, it’s the last season, so people are probably going to die. I’d love to die and have a heroine moment. I’d love to die with honor, as any actor would. But I love the way the Duffer Brothers love their actors.” .
The comment came after all the speculation that many characters would die at the end of Season 4, including Robin. “They [Duffer Brothers] fall in love with the actors and characters, and they don’t want to kill them. It’s a beautiful quality of them,” she explained.
On the Happy Sad Confused podcast, Matt Duffer made it clear that carnage is not a feature of the series and the final season is not going to kill off characters “just because.” “We are not game of Thrones. This is Hawkins, not Westeros. The program no longer becomes ‘Stranger Things‘ because you have to treat them realistically, right?” he said.

Stranger Things spinoff
Also during the interview, Maya Hawke was asked about a possible spin-off of the series, focusing on Steve and Robin’s friendship. The actress was very open to the idea, although there are still no official projects.
“Normally, I wouldn’t be a spin-off advocate, but if I could do that with Joe Keery, I would do anything,” the actress replied.
This Friday (16), Maya debuts alongside Camila Mendes in the dark comedy Punishers, from Netflix. So far, the 5th season of Stranger Things It still doesn’t have a confirmed premiere date and it hasn’t started recording either.
