The popular blue character Sonic returns to action in a film called Sonic the Hedgehog 2 . Sega is working hand in hand with Paramount Pictures on the sequel to the story that will be released in February 2022.
The new production will premiere on April 8 this year and has already started its advertising campaign on social networks. During the Super Bowl, the first official trailer was released.
Well, a few weeks before this sporting event, Paramount Pictures has shared an action-packed 50-second teaser. Just at the beginning, they share a joke that refers to popular superhero movies.

Sonic finds himself narrating his own exploits on a rooftop and calls himself “Blue Justice.” Dr. Robotnik continues with his plans to control the energy in Sonic’s body and this time he has the help of a character from the fantastic universe of the blue porcupine.
Knuckles is introduced by Mad Scientist as his right hand man. Just one hit was enough to take Sonic out of the fight, while Tails can only see everything that happens.

After settling in Green Hills, Sonic is eager to prove that he has what it takes to be a true hero. His proof comes when Dr. Robotnik returns, this time with a new partner, Knuckles, in search of an emerald that has the power to destroy civilizations. Sonic teams up with his own partner, Tails, and together they embark on a journey across the world to find the emerald before it falls into the wrong hands, ” the trailer description reads.
