The Galaxy S23 Ultra should go official without major design changes when compared to the current generation Galaxy S22 Ultra. Launch should take place in the first half of next year.

As we approach the end of 2022, rumors about new phones for the first half of 2023 are starting to surface.

A few days ago, the informant Ice Universe, who has a very high precision when it comes to advance information of Samsung devices, had already anticipated the possibility of the brand using the same design in its new device. While before his comments were more about technical characteristics and dimensions, suggesting that he could wear the same look, now he brings more concrete details on this subject.

He says he’s “100% sure” that the Galaxy S23 Ultra should retain the exact same camera design as seen on the Galaxy S22 Ultra. In this way, it should continue with the same characteristics of having its lenses released directly on the back cover of the device, instead of adopting a large module as in the Galaxy S20 Ultra and Galaxy S21 Ultra.

Galaxy S23 Ultra will have Snapdragon 8 Gen 2 and 200 MP camera

According to rumors, the smartphone should be revealed without an Exynos chip version and therefore should only land with Qualcomm’s Snapdragon 8 Gen 2 processor.

In addition, other information says that the company should adopt a new ISOCELL camera sensor with a resolution of 200 MP. Other brands have already adopted a sensor with this capability, such as the Moto X30 Pro – which should reach the national market as the Edge 30 Ultra.

Anyway, little technical information about the Galaxy S23 Ultra has been revealed so far. But, certainly, new rumors should emerge telling details about him before his official announcement, which should take place in the first quarter of 2023.
