Frontally, Samsung Galaxy A24 mounts a 6.5-inch screen with a resolution of 2340×1080 pixels and uses SuperAMOLED technology. As on the Galaxy A34, there’s a waterdrop notch at the top of the display and relatively thick bezels: you couldn’t expect better, considering the market segment it belongs to.

At a price of around 200 euros, the Samsung Galaxy A24 offers equipment that includes the MediaTek Helio G99 Octacore-SoC octa core processor, capable of reaching a maximum processing power of 2.2 GHz. We then have 4 GB of RAM and 128 GB of storage memory, which can be expanded with microSD.

The new Samsung smartphone from the Galaxy A range also boasts NFC and two SIM card slots. There is no wireless charging, but even this budget model can rely on a USB Type-C port that allows for much faster charging for the 5000 mAh battery.

In the rear area of the Samsung Galaxy A24, made of plastic, there is space for a triple camera consisting of a 50 MP main sensor, a 5 MP ultra-wide camera and a 2 MP macro lens. The notch instead takes care of hosting a selfie camera with a resolution of 13 MP.

Based on the rumors, Android 12 will animate the phone. As for the market release, Samsung Galaxy A24 should only be available in the Middle East in the initial stages and, for now, it is not known whether the smartphone will also reach other geographical areas (perhaps a model equipped with 5G connectivity).
