Netflix released last night (23) a never-before-seen deleted scene from the first season of round 6. The excerpt was revealed during Tudum, an event held annually by streaming with several news for fans.
Who presented the scene was Hwang Dong-hyuk, director of the series. While presenting, the series creator teased fans, stating that the second season of Round 6 will arrive in 2024 and that it will be “full of new stories”. Check out:
Filming for the second season begins in early 2023 and many plot details are still unknown, other than the return of Lee Jung-jae in the lead role.

Round 6 is one of Netflix’s biggest hits and has become the most watched series on the platform. Lee Jung-jae even took the award for Outstanding Actor in a Drama Series at the 2022 Emmy and made history at the awards.
The plot begins when a mysterious game invitation is sent to people in urgent need of money. Upon agreeing to participate, 456 participants from all walks of life are locked away in a secret location where they play to win 45.6 billion won. Each round is a traditional Korean children’s game like Red Light, Green Light, but the consequence of losing is death.
