Pokémon GO modifies April Community Day, here all the details

Pokémon GO continues to be one of the applications with the highest number of active players on Android and iOS. This is because Niantic always keeps their app up to date with different world events.

The most popular in recent years is Community Day. It is an event where all the gamers go out to the streets to capture a specific creature, which will obtain a special movement if it evolves.

Unfortunately, for Community Day in April, the number of hours the capture will last has changed. Only the Normal type creature will appear stuffful for three hours. It is scheduled for April 23, from 2 pm to 5 pm (local time).

The original duration of the event was six hours. As reported by Niantic, this decision is due to the fact that only 5% of players participated for more than hours. Despite this, the different bonuses are maintained.

You will get triple the experience per catch, double the chance of receiving Candy ++ when catching Stufful, and the lure modules will last three hours, as will the incense. In turn, a bonus has been added: “An additional special exchange can be made during the event and two hours after it ends (maximum of 2 per day)”.
