Perhaps you are one of those players who wait punctually for Community Day in Pokémon GO, but there are still a few days left for Niantic to enable special to capture. On February 12, this event will only take place.
But this is not an excuse to close the app. Through the official blog, the company announced the Lunar New Year event, where you can also get a special catch: Litleo variocolor or shiny.
“The time has come to celebrate the Lunar New Year! Leading the team during the event we have Litleo. With a bit of luck, you might find a litleo variocolor for the first time in Pokémon GO!”, is detailed in the official blog.
Not only will it appear more frequently, but there will also be different bonuses. The chance of getting a lucky Pokémon in trades will be increased, there will be double delivery of Stardust for opening gifts, and a greater chance of striking up a lucky friendship.
