Placebo postponed its concert in Mexico

the british band Placebo announced through a statement shared on their social networks the postponement of his North American tour, which also included his concert in Mexico City. After five years without coming to the country’s capital, next September 12 the wait would end for all the fans of this musical group; however, due to logistics issues the group decided to postpone their dates.

“We are devastated to announce the postponement of our tour of North America, which would begin in the city of Vancouver on September 4,” was the text that they released on their official Instagram account on September 2.

Despite the fact that only the Canadian city is mentioned in the document, the opening act, Vondréconfirmed that Placebo would not be presented next Monday, September 12 in our country.

In the statement, the British artists also clarified that the reasons for postponing their North American tour were due to problems with your travel documents (visa) and with logistics related issues. In this regard, Placebo announced that they are very disappointed and frustrated; however, they do everything possible to be able to reschedule their dates.

“We are very disappointed and frustrated, very sorry to disappoint our Canadian fans after waiting so patiently for us to come play for you,” the statement read.
