Pixel 8 Pro appears in user hands showing new rear design

In a few weeks, Google should present its new generation of smartphones, with the arrival of the Pixel 8 line. Now, the top smartphone in the series, the Pixel 8 Pro, had images revealed.

Initially published on Reddit, the images show both the front and back of the device. Google’s new top-of-the-line model, the Pixel 8 Pro should have some visual updates. One of the changes must be in relation to its format, which will become a little more curved at its corners.

In addition, it is clear that it will no longer have a screen curved to the sides, opting for a flat solution with a 2.5D finish at the ends, containing a centralized hole at the top of the panel to store the front camera. Including, the screen confirms that the device will have 12 GB of RAM and 128 GB of internal storage space.

At the rear, the displayed smartphone is black with a matte finish, keeping the horizontal module that goes from one side to the other of the back cover. However, Google should only adopt a pill to store its three cameras, instead of something that resembles the letter “i” lying down.

Of the three sensors in this region, it should have a main camera, with a large sensor and lens, plus an ultrawide camera and a periscopic for long-range optical zoom. This photographic set must consist of a 50 MP main, a 64 MP ultrawide and the total range must be 5x. Next to it, there should be a temperature sensor and also its LED flash.

The Pixel 8 Pro should be one of the first devices with the Tensor G3 processor, and the expectation is that it will be shown sometime in October.
