Netflix announced this Tuesday (9) the full trailer of Pinocchiostop-motion animation directed by renowned Guillermo del Toro (The Shape of Water and Pan’s Labyrinth🇧🇷
As in the classic, the plot follows a carpenter who, after seeing a shooting star, wants his wooden puppet to come to life and become a real boy. An interesting curiosity is that the film took about 14 years to complete.

It is worth mentioning that the animation is not related to the live-action developed by Disney.
The main cast consists of Gregory Mann as Pinocchio, Ewan McGregor (Obi-Wan Kenobi) as Jiminy Cricket and David Bradley (The Strain) as Gepetto. Also included are Cate Blanchett (Carol), Christoph Waltz (Inglourious Basterds), Tilda Swinton (We Need to Talk About Kevin), Tim Blake Nelson (watchmen) and Finn Wolfhard (Stranger Things🇧🇷
