OPPO Reno 10 line arrives with up to 16 GB of RAM and 100 W recharges

After several rumors and teasers were released regarding the OPPO Reno 10 line, the devices were officially launched by the brand. In total there are three new smartphones in the series, with emphasis on the more advanced Pro Plus version.

OPPO Reno 10 Pro Plus

The Reno 10 Pro Plus arrives with a Snapdragon 8 Plus Gen 1 processor as the main performance component, combined with 16 GB of LPDDR5 RAM and 512 GB of UFS 3.1 storage. These are characteristics very similar to the predecessor device, presented at the end of last year.

Its screen is 6.74 inches, with a resolution of 2,772 × 1,240 pixels and AMOLED technology. With a curved construction, the device still supports refresh rates at 120 Hz, a maximum brightness of 1,400 nits and ProXDR to optimize image parameters in different light conditions.

The camera aspect was one of the most highlighted by Oppo, with an advanced lens system with six elements and optimized processing through the MariSilicon X chip. The main set of the device has a sensor produced by Sony, with 50 MP and support for optical stabilization image (OIS).

In addition, the device still has an ultrawide camera of 8 MP with viewing angles of 112º, and 64 MP periscope for 3x optical zoom. At the front, a 32 MP component is responsible for selfies and video calls.

The construction of the device houses a 4,700 mAh battery, with support for 100 W SuperVOOC recharges. Its operating system is Android 13, with the ColorOS 13.1 interface.

OPPO Reno 10 Pro

One of the differences from the Pro model is its processor, as the device comes with a MediaTek Dimensity 8200. However, it maintains the same configurations as the Pro Plus, with up to 16 GB of RAM and 512 GB of internal storage.

Another distinction is in the set of cameras, which now have a 32 MP sensor in telephoto, which now offers 2x optical zoom. The rest of the components are similar, with a 50 MP main, 8 MP ultrawide and a 32 MP front.

The OPPO Reno 10 Pro’s battery is slightly smaller with a capacity of 4,600 mAh, but 100 W recharges have been maintained. The screen characteristics and operating system of the device are identical.

The most affordable option in the series brings yet another processor change, this time adopting the Snapdragon 778G as the main performance component to focus on the mid-range market. The configuration possibilities also change, with 8 GB or 12 GB of RAM and 256 GB or 512 GB of storage space.

The device’s cameras have also been changed, with a 64 MP main one. It remains with 8 MP ultrawide, 32 MP telephoto with 2x optical zoom and 32 MP front.

The device’s battery maintains the capacity of 4,600 mAh seen in the Reno 10 Pro, but in this case the recharges are 80 W. The device’s display retains almost all the same characteristics as the others, but loses support for ProXDR technology.

The devices were presented to the Chinese market, in which all bring options in gold and gray colors. OPPO Reno 10 Pro Plus brings an extra shade in purple, while the other two are also offered in blue.
