the OnePlus Buds Z2 price

On December 16, 2021, OnePlus presented the new OnePlus Buds Z2 in an Instagram keynote. Now the official launch has taken place and the exact details of the in-ear headphones are official.

  • OnePlus officially introduces the Buds Z2 in an Instagram keynote.
  • With 40dB noise suppression and 11 mm drivers, OnePlus promises an “extraordinary audio experience”.
  • The price is 99 euros and the Pearl White variant will be available from December 20th.

The OnePlus Buds Z2 were officially unveiled on Instagram on December 16! In a keynote, the company wanted to involve the community even more and therefore took a rather unusual approach. Because OnePlus fans could ask questions about the headphones to a moderator and share the reactions at the same time in Instagram stories. The true wireless headphones come with active noise suppression of up to 40dB and should even compete with the flagship headphones, the OnePlus Buds Pro.

The sound is played using Dolby Atmos and the built-in 11 mm drivers, and three microphones ensure the right call quality. OnePlus uses a feedback microphone, a feedforward microphone and a directional microphone so that your own voice does not get lost in the conversation, even in loud ambient noises.

The battery life is also impressive despite the low RRP. Combined with the supplied charging case, up to 38 hours are possible. However, the runtime when listening to music is only 5 hours. As with the big brothers, you can quickly recharge the earbuds thanks to Flash Charge. In addition, the headphones use Bluetooth 5.2 and have a latency of 94ms, which means that the sound in games should reach you without any real delay.

When will the OnePlus Buds Z2 appear?

The OnePlus Buds Z2 will appear in the colors Pearl White and Obsidian Black on December 20, 2021, at an RRP of 99 euros. In terms of price, OnePlus seems to be based on the Nothing Ear (1), which, as is well known, was developed by ex-OnePlus CEO Carl Pei.
