On the market is the Doogee monster that combines the gigafactory with a 5G chip

Shock and an involuntary smile were the two typical reactions when I showed the Doogee V Max to friends and family during the test week. After all, there is no giant size without a 22000 mAh battery, a 6.58″ and 120 Hz FHD panel, and a turbocharged housing with Gorilla Glass, IP68/69K and MIL-STD-810H protection.

Even so, the 178.5 x 83.1 x 27.3 mm and 543 gram monster is shocking to pick up, and on the one hand, it is extremely tiring to use, but on the other hand, for the same reasons, it is an excellent aid for muscle development. Which, by the way, supports all domestic 4G and 5G bands thanks to the MediaTek Dimensity 1080, for which 12 GB of RAM and 256 GB of UFS storage have been added – there is no problem with the speed, and the expansion of the storage space with a microSD card is also an option.

Of course, V Max, the record holder in terms of battery size, rewrote all operating time tests here as well, and with average use it can even have a one-week charge rate. Their Doogee add-on is ready to share its excess energy with others via a USB port, while it can be charged with a power of 33 watts. The multi-channel GPS unit with NFC mobile payment option, double nanoSIM slot and WiFi 6 modem, as well as the stereo speaker are included.

The camera set doesn’t skimp either: a 108-megapixel Samsung ISOCELL HM2 sensor works full-time on the back, which is accompanied by a 16-megapixel ultra-wide and 20-megapixel Sony “night vision” camera, which we wrote about in detail here. A 32-megapixel camera has been placed on the front panel. AV Max goes on sale this week on AliExpress and Doogeemall, with the former starting at an introductory price of $329.99 between February 13th and February 17th.
