Nothing Phone (2) it will feature a generous 4700 mAh battery; this is what the well-known CEO of the company, Carl Pei, has revealed in these hours. He also confirmed the debut of the device for the month of July; there is very little left then, but what should we expect?
Nothing Phone (2): what do we expect?
The founder of the Nothing brand has just shared several very important updates on the web regarding the new smartphone about to be launched. We learn, from an interview held with the microphones of Forbes, that the device will land on the international market during the summer, precisely in July.
Pei had shared other key details about the said terminal in the past; in fact, he said that the on-board processor of the new flagship will be a Snapdragon 8+ Gen 1. In short, it will be a flagship with an excellent quality-price ratio. It will be unveiled globally in July 2023 and will have a 4700 mAh battery, slightly more generous than the one seen in the predecessor.

Carl Pei preferred to insert a slightly less performing chip than the Snapdragon 8 Gen 2 (but still excellent) to keep costs low, especially for the final consumer. The SoC will be supported by 12 GB RAM and 256 GB internal storage. The basic skin will be the one already seen in the previous iteration with some modifications. Android 13 and a FullHD + AMOLED screen with a 120 Hz refresh rate will not be missing. We expect a back cover with LEDs similar to last year’s.
If you want to buy last year’s smartphone instead, we point out that it is in super discount on Amazon at the special price of € 379.99, shipping included. It’s a very low cost for the only device in the world with a Glyph interface on the back cover. If you’re interested, hurry because stocks could run out soon – or worse – the offer could end at any moment.
