On Twitter indicated Nothing, that on March 22 at 4 p.m. European time, the company will present the ear (2) headphones. The London-based company has not yet announced anything else about the Bluetooth accessory, but as we know their marketing strategy so far, this will change in the days leading up to the presentation. At the same time, it is not worth expecting many surprises, the Ear (2) could already be seen in the leaked images, and it differs from the Ear (1) in just a few details. The first-generation Nothing Ear started at a favorable price, but in the fall of 2022, the company increased the price of the Ear (1) by 50%, which pushed the product into a field full of stronger competitors. So it is questionable how much the second generation will be sold for. It is also questionable what developments have taken place under the transparent plastic cover. The manufacturer promises better sound and better clarity, presumably ANC will remain, it is questionable whether the codec support will be expanded with, for example, LC3 or whether the sound generator will change. You could already see in the photos that the position of the microphones responsible for active noise filtering has changed, and from this it can be concluded that the quality of the ANC will change.
