New leak: Fitbit Charge 5 price and video leaked

After the first leak on the fitness tracker called Fitbit Charge 5, there is now more information: In addition to the price, a video leaked out that reveals several new features.

  • Fitbit Charge 5 video leaked
  • Price is said to be $ 179
  • comes with a “Daily Readiness Score” for premium users

The Fitbit Charge 5 leaked just a few days ago when none other than Evan Blass revealed the first pictures of the Google brand’s fitness tracker. Now it goes on because the Leaker snoopy followed up and presented pictures, the price, and a video. The latter also tells us more about the features to be expected.

Fitbit Charge 5 with “Daily Readiness Score”

The so-called “Daily Readiness Score” is new onboard the fitness tracker. He not only keeps an eye on your workouts but also monitors sleep and your heart rate and uses it to create a score that includes the necessary rest periods for you. Also new at the start is the on-wrist EKG and a sensor that detects electrodermal activity (EDA). The latter feature can track your stress level through measurements on your skin.

Fitbit Charge 5 price

Unfortunately, some of the new functions can still only be used by those who pay the premium subscription at the same time as purchasing a new one. Even when testing the Fitbit Charge 4, this rip-off price model reduced the otherwise successful impression. Since the price has also leaked, which should be 179 US dollars at the start, this fitness tracker from Google is anything but a snap. So it is only a small consolation that you are given a premium subscription for half a year when you buy it.

Fitbit Charge 5 release date

The release date for the Fitbit Charge 5 is still missing, even if some speculate that the date to be read on the leaks – October 23 – is at least an indication of the release. My guess is that Google will make the part official beforehand. The tracker looks and works a lot for me. But when I think about what is being turned over for it and some functions are then only reserved for premium customers, I prefer to stay with the Xiaomi Mi Band 6.
