New WhatsApp function to block contacts
One of the updates that will not be able to reach the devices included in the previous list is the one that will allow users to block any of their contacts with two touches, thanks to a new function included in the management of chats and that is being tested in its beta version for cell phones that have the operating system Android.

The new option of blocking will work after users select a conversation from the main screen of the application. The feature requires a long touch on the chat without having to enter it, so it will only be selected. By pressing the button Menu From the three dots located at the top right of the screen people will be able to choose the quick lock option instead of having to enter the details of the Contact to perform the blocking process.
At the moment it has not been confirmed if the appearance of this lock button in the menu of the chat options will mean the removal of the lock button within the details of each of the contactsso you will have to wait for the beta testing phase to obtain more information on how this new function is being developed for WhatsApp.
