One of Netflix’s first releases of 2023 that is already intriguing streaming subscribers is here. We are talking about Kaleidoscope (Kaleidoscope), series created by Eric Garcia that innovates in narrative terms, as the episodes can be watched randomly without impairing the overall understanding of the story. And, of course, the novelty quickly took the work to the top 10 of the platform.

Will Kaleidoscope have a season 2?
For now, new episodes of Kaleidoscope have not been confirmed by Netflix and, until now, the work has been treated as a miniseries, since Garcia thought of a closed narrative, whose parts are connected in surprising ways. That is, for the idea of chapters without a specific order to work, the story would have to have a clear and well-defined path.
However, nothing is written in stone and, as we well know, Netflix can order a second season for Kaleidoscope, if the series presents good audience numbers. In that case, however, the story would have to be different, since the first season closes the initial narrative.
As for a premiere date for a possible 2nd season, it would probably only happen in 2024, if we think that, first, the new year would need to be confirmed so that only then could the episodes be written, recorded, edited, among others.

What is the story of Kaleidoscope?
The Netflix series follows Leo Pap (Giancarlo Esposito), an extremely intelligent man who assembles a group of thieves to carry out a grand robbery estimated at $ 7 billion. However, the mission is not chosen at random, since, in addition to money, Leo seeks another objective: revenge against his main enemy, Roger Salas (Rufus Sewell).
Over eight episodes, therefore, we see how the ambitious heist plan is formed and we know a little more about the origins of the criminal troupe in charge of the task.
