Director Todd Phillips released last night (14) another official image of Joker: Folie à Deuxlong awaited sequel joker. In the photo, Lady Gaga’s Harley Quinn appears facing Joaquin Phoenix’s villain. This is the first official image of the singer in the skin of the character.

So far, no details about the plot of the new film have been revealed. The only certainty is that the sequel will be a musical – making more sense in casting Gaga for the lead role.
In addition to Joaquin Phoenix and Lady Gaga in the lead roles of Joker and Harley Quinn, Catherine Keener, Brendan Gleeson and Zazie Beetz complete the cast. The script will be signed by the director and by Scott Silver, also responsible for the first film.
