HoYoVerse reveals new Genshin Impact character

HoYoVerse released, this Thursday (09), the trailer and details of the new character of Genshin Impact. Lyney is a 5-star Pyro element magician who uses a bow to attack enemies. It will be included in the game with the second part of update 4.0, scheduled for August 16th.

According to the official description, Lyney wants to challenge the limits of imagination with her magic. “A magician’s mission is to challenge the limits of imagination. Moonlight pours into his palm, illuminating a miraculous universe“.

Magic and Fire in Genshin Impact

Lyney is a 5-star Pyro (Fire) element character. That is, he must be a strong character, but it will take luck to acquire him. As is common in Gacha games such as Genshin Impact. The character will be available for a limited time with increased chances, and players must spend in-game currency (Primogem) to try to get it. According to the description, Lyney is “an astute and skilled magician from Fontaine who always wins over audiences with his ingenious tricks and his eloquence“.

With long-distance blows and magic tricks, Liney is a character that promises to offer dynamism in gameplay. Update 4.0 for Genshin Impact is a big update and adds Fontaine, the game’s new area. The 5-star fire element magic is one of the additions of the update and will arrive in Genshin Impact on August 16th. HoYoVerse’s Gacha RPG arrived on September 28, 2020 and became a huge hit.
