It is because of that iOS 16 has implemented an improvement in the system of smart folders, a function within the Notes app that allows users to configure certain parameters so that the notes created are sorted automatically within the platform and without the need to use an additional program.
To create a smart folder Within the Notes app in iOS 16, follow these steps:
– Open the app Grades on iPhone
– Touch andl Folders button which should appear at the top right. This will make it possible to see the full list of created folders in the future.

– Touch the button with the symbol “+” which can be found at the bottom left of the screen.

The smart folders they will start showing up in the folder list and you can tell them apart from the regular ones because a gear icon appears on them. If the user notices that some of the notes they created no longer appear, it is not because they have been deleted, but because they meet one of the organization criteria and are stored in one of the smart folders.
In case you want to modify the filters that were applied for one, you just have to enter the one you want to change, touch the 3-dot-shaped options button and then touch the Edit Smart Folder option.
In case the user decides delete a folder smart, the process is exactly the same as it would be done with a regular folder in iOS 16: The user only needs to swipe the folder to the left and it will be automatically removed from the app, but not the notes it contains.
