There is a very simple option to see the password of the wifi network, in case you forgot and want to use it on another device.
Step by Step
In the case of a PC with Windowsthe first step is to enter the Control Panel connected to the network. Then you have to follow the following steps depending on the version of Windows you have:
In the case of Windows 11go to the Start button, type control panel, and then select Control Panel/Network and Internet/Network and Sharing Center.
At case of Windows 10, To get to this section, you must also select the Start button and then go to Settings / Network & Internet / Status / Network and Sharing Center.
On computers running Windows 8.1 or 7go to Network, and then select Network and Sharing Center.

Once entered the Network and Sharing Center, next to Connections, choose the name of the Wi-Fi network. This is the same for all versions of Windows. Once there, click on the name of the network and select Wireless Properties. Once you have entered there, select the Security tab and then the box that says “Show characters” and you will see the password.
If it’s a MacClick on the magnifying glass icon at the top of the screen and type “keychain access”. Then the Passwords option is selected and double click on the name of the desired network. In the Attributes tab, select the option “Show password”.
How to know what the internet speed is on the computer
There are different platforms to know what is the real speed of the Internet connection which is being used. It should be clarified that no matter how much a service of a certain number of megabytes is contracted, the truth is that this speed is not constant: it varies throughout the day that depend on various factors, such as the number of connected devices.
In this sense, and as mentioned above, there are many applications and sites that can be used to evaluate the speed of the connection at different times of the day. Some of the most popular services are Speedtest.net, Speedof.me or Fast.com, among others.
In the tests carried out, which take less than a minute, the upload and download speed will be seen, as well as the ping, which is a latency parameter and measures how long it takes for data to travel back and forth to the server under test. In short, ping measures, in milliseconds, the time it takes for your local connection to connect to a remote computer on the IP network.

How to improve connection quality
Ethernet connection and router location. There are some issues to consider to optimize the quality of the connection. The ideal is to connect the equipment directly to the router. In this way, the best possible speed will be obtained within what the service offers, but if that is not feasible, and you have to connect via Wi-Fi, you must ensure that the router is located in an area where the signal is not obstructed. That is: away from walls, metals, water and appliances. Ideally, it should be in the center of the home and in a high area.
Choose between 2.4 GHz and 5 GHz. Wi-Fi on most routers operates on two bands: 2.4 GHz and 5 GHz. 2.4 GHz has a longer wavelength, giving it a longer range. Anyway, its speed is lower. In contrast, the 5 GHz has less range, but offers higher speed. Taking into account, choosing which may be the best option according to the user’s need.
Wi-Fi mesh. Mesh Wi-Fi, on the other hand, is made up of a router or main station and one or more satellites that connect to each other to improve network coverage. The Wi-Fi mesh system performs intelligent management in this regard: it is capable of connecting devices to the best option they have at that moment. Unlike this, the repeaters do not communicate with each other but only with the router.
In the case of Wi-Fi mesh networks, advanced network management allows for better optimization of resources and, therefore, better results. The same Wi-Fi network, SSID and password are maintained in a system of satellites that feed each other so that the best possible signal is available depending on the time and place. It can be very useful for large homes or in which, due to the distribution, the signal does not reach all corners correctly.
Repeaters. What a repeater does is receive the signal from the router and forward it, which helps it to reach some areas of the home or office with greater intensity (from one floor to another, for example), but with a lower quality than what would happen if you were close to the router.
