Mirror Your iPhone Screen to a Windows PC
Windows users can use the “Your Phone” app to mirror Android phones. But if you want to do the same thing with your iPhone, you required to download third-party tools to project your phones. There are many tools that can provide this feature, check out LonelyScreen for free and easy streaming. It’s a basic app that does one thing: trick your iPhone into thinking your PC is an Apple TV.
Install and start LonelyScreen app, then click on the “LonelyScreen” heading at the bottom in order to change the name of your AirPlay server. Open the “Control Center” on your iPhone and click the “Screen Mirroring” button. If you don’t find any button, you need to add it from the settings of your iPhone.
After clicking the “Screen Mirroring” button, select the LonelyScreen laptop from the list, and the iPhone screen will immediately appear on the PC. If you can’t see it, see the troubleshooting page of LonelyScreen. Sometimes it can be a bit delicate. For a closer look, you can maximize the window. In our tests, this does not appear to be a limited test (although the navigation screen will occasionally reappear while using it). Mirror Your iPhone Screen on Macbook
It’s easy for Mac users because it provides a buit-in feature to mirror the iPhone screen to the computer. There is only one drawback: you have to connect the iPhone via USB.
Take the Lightning cable and connect the iPhone to the Mac. After connecting, open the Launchpad and select QuickTime Player. After launching the application, go to “File”> “New Movie Recording”. You will see a new window.
Click the down arrow next to the “Record” button in the movie window, and you should see your iPhone appear in the drop-down list under “Camera.” If it doesn’t appear, try again by disconnecting and reconnecting your iPhone. It should appear later. Now you need to select your iPhone from that list to mirror the iPhone screen on Mac. You can use it for the purpose of presentation.
