Chipmaker Taiwan Semiconductor Manufacturing Co (TSMC) has recently presented a new quarterly report, reports Bloomberg.
Turnover in the most recent quarter ended up at 613 billion Taiwanese dollars (218 billion Swedish kronor), which means an increase of 48 percent compared to the corresponding quarter in 2021.
A strong contributor to the increased turnover is the unexpectedly high demand for Iphone 14 Pro and Iphone 14 Pro Max, this as TSMC manufactures Apple’s processors.
With the imminent launch of new Mac and iPad models, we can probably count on continued growth for the company.
