No historical artifacts and no star battles. This time, Harrison Ford’s mission is in the Marvel Cinematic Universe as General Thaddeus E. “Thunderbolt” Ross, says website.
According to /Film, Ford was slated to take on the role after the death of actor William Hurt, who played the military man in the MCU.

Also according to the site, the eternal Han Solo and Indiana Jones have their premiere scheduled for the film captain America: New world orderset to be released on May 3, 2024.
The portal also claims that Harrison Ford will be in the cast of the film thunderboltsalong with Florence Pugh, Wyatt Russell, Olga Kurylenko, Hannah-John Kamen, Sebastian Stan, David Harbor and Julia Louis-Dreyfus.

According to Marvel, the feature will be responsible for closing the 5th phase of the MCU and has a premiere scheduled for July 26, 2024.
Marvel has not yet made any official statement on the actor’s entry into the cast of its films.
At age 80, Harrison Ford will bring his classic character, Indiana Jones, to life in theaters for the 5th time. The professor and archaeologist’s new feature is set to hit the big screen on June 29, 2023.
