Google Pixel Fold and Pixel 7a: what do we know?

Pixel fans, join the rally: Google I/O is scheduled to take place in May. In addition to seeing the Pixel Fold, we should also see the launch of the midrange and the marketing of the long-awaited Pixel Tablet (which we glimpsed during the last October I/O). Pixel 7a will arrive in different colors: Charcoal, Snow, Sea and Coral, and will be purchased, as always, from the Google Store or Amazon. On the Pixel Fold we will have to wait; it will arrive on the market only from June 27 with pre-orders starting from May 10 on the company’s official store and from May 30 with the providers.

The Pixel 7a will be a mid-range with a premium flavour; new Google Tensor G2 processor, 8 GB of RAM, Sony IMX787 main camera of 64 Megapixels, 12 Mpx ultrawide, 6.1-inch FHD + OLED screen and 90 Hz refresh rate. Afterwards it should be similar to the big brother Pixel 7.

The specifications of the Pixel Fold however, should be similar to that of the Pixel 7 Pro on all fronts. Let’s hope the cost isn’t too high at this point. We’ll see.
