This event aims to affirm the role of women in society and highlight all the achievements that have been made to improve their conditions.
The United Nations has chosen this year’s theme “Gender equality today for a sustainable tomorrow” to recognize the contribution of women and girls, who are at the forefront of efforts to respond to and reduce climate change.
