Geekbench: MediaTek Helio G99 working in Galaxy A24

It tested itself on the Geekbench test under the name SM-A245F Samsung Galaxy A24. The device has not been presented yet, but its results show that it will use a MediaTek Helio G99 SoC, at least the 4G version that performed the test. Since the A14 is also 5G-capable, it can be assumed that only one of the Asian markets will receive the phone that has just appeared. By the way, the Galaxy A24 may be the first in Samsung’s range to be built around Helio G99, and that’s good, since it’s a more powerful and newer system chip than the previously rumored Exynos 7904.

Geekbench also reveals that the device comes with 4 GB of operational memory and Android 13, presumably the latter means the full-fledged One UI 5.0 interface. A 48 MP main camera can work on the back of the device, along with 8 MP ultra-wide and 5 MP macro imagers. Indian sources suggest a 90 Hz FHD+ AMOLED panel for the display, and they also say that OIS will stabilize the image of the main camera.
