Garmin has updated the Marq product line

A new generation of Garmin’s luxury smartwatch, the Marq, has arrived. THE Garmin Mark Gen 2, the Athlete version, which can be called the basic model, starts at $1,900, but the price goes up to $2,400 depending on whether the buyer chooses the Adventurer, Aviator, Captain or Golfer version. Although the price varies, the 46 mm casing is uniformly made of Gr5 titanium, waterproof with a 10 ATM rating, and includes a 1.2” AMOLED display with a resolution of 390 x 390 pixels and protected by sapphire crystal glass.

It is a software uniqueness that the Marq Gen 2s have a function called Jet Tag Adviser, which takes into account several factors and helps to eliminate time zone change syndrome for the watch wearer. If someone uses this, Marq Gen 2 provides advice on when it is worth lying down to rest, when you need to move a little, or when it is worth taking caffeine into your body. SatIQ is also a novelty, but not a completely unique function. This was presented by Garmin in August, using this function the watch can decide by itself which navigation network can be used to save the most of the battery without having to save on the accuracy of the positioning signal: for example, is it really necessary to use multi-band GNSS, multi-band L1 GPS t, or is L5 enough? According to Garmin’s promise, SatIQ will also come with a software update to cheaper devices, such as the Forerunner 255 and 955. In the past, the user had to manually set the location services on the watch.
