The American company Motorola has unveiled the list of smartphones of its range that will be able to take advantage of Android 12.

The list is rather long, but will not go back very far in time. Only the most recent models will be able to benefit from the update.

A long list all the same too short

Motorola is a company used to Android, there is no doubt about it. She belonged to Google and even worked with the Mountain View firm on the Nexus 6, so the “pure” experience of Android is part of her habit. The American company is not about to change course, as she recalled on its official website where she explained that, according to her,

consumers deserve the purest Android operating system possible, with no bulky software skins or duplicate apps

If you have a Motorola smartphone included in the list below, know that you will be able to start enjoying Android 12 from February 2022. Not all models will probably be entitled to the update. from day one, but this is the start of an official rollout.

For the brand’s other smartphones, you will have to be content with what you already have, even if your hardware has not yet reached three years of life.
