All good things must come to an end, and it seems that the glorious era of the failure of Fortnite XP will soon be over. This news will no doubt discourage players who rely on them to rank up Battle Pass tiers.
The battle pass of Chapter 3 Season 1 consists of unique cosmetics, such as the skin of spider-man. There are selectable styles for a said outfit that can be unlocked by beating level 100. Unlocking them requires players to gain a significant amount of XP, but it was made easier with the XP glitches. Related:

— Fortnite Status (@FortniteStatus) January 9, 2022 Almost all maps of the Creative Mode infinite XP maps featured some particular ways to trigger glitches and earn a significant amount of XP in a very short period. Players exploited the glitches to their full potential and leveled up considerably.
To avoid this practice, EpicGames decided to introduce a daily cap on the total amount of XP earned from Creative Mode. However, a new creative map allowed players to bypass the XP cap system. The news caused millions of players to attempt to access the map, causing the game to crash momentarily. Soon, Epic Games fixed the issue and the map was removed from Creative Mode.
This recent debacle has certainly upset the developers, and the entire community is worried that Epic may make an emphatic decision soon. Those who received the unlimited XP will have their multiplier CreativeXP permanently reduced. However, the factor by which it will be reduced will depend on the number of times the glitch was used.
