With One Swipe Notes, you can quickly create notes that can be displayed on the screen as a floating window over your main task. The app is only available in English, but that’s not really a problem.

It doesn’t matter if you are one of the TechMarkup articles Read in your browser, watch videos on the NextPit YouTube channel or look for free apps. You can swipe your finger across the screen at any time to create a note without closing the active app. This is a clear advantage over other apps.

The user interface is very tidy, the notes widget can be shown and hidden with a simple gesture, and you can even edit or create a note in the floating window without opening the entire app. You can also adjust the position, size, and transparency of the quick access button to make your notes appear floating.

One Swipe Notes was developed by Yogesh Dama, an India-based developer who also has other utilities on the Play Store such as B. Dark Screen Filter (a blue light filter app) or Touch Locker (to prevent the screen from detecting accidental touches). The developer’s privacy policy states that the app can collect some basic personal information if you enter it into the app. The service also collects usage data (logs) for analysis purposes and to report incidents.

But this privacy policy looks like a standard template. So it covers all eventualities, even if it is not relevant for this application. Because the app does not ask for any personal data and does not require access to your memory, location or contacts. It is not clear to me what the app might collect.
