In the story, we follow a dysfunctional and excluded group of heroes: Robotman, Negative Man, Elastic Woman and Crazy Jane, led by scientist Niles Caulder (Boss), who gives them a new meaning in life.

Now, they begin to fight together against the threats that arise on Earth, while trying to find time to support each other, as they all have complicated and trauma-filled histories.
