Data: Apple is forced to reduce iPhone production

According to a new report from analyst Ming-Chi Kuo, the production of Apple’s mobile phones will decrease by 20 percent in the current quarter.

The background is the recent extensive covid shutdowns and riots at Foxconn’s factory in the Chinese city of Zhengzhou.

As a result, Apple’s turnover is expected to decrease by between 20 and 30 percent, something that will leave its mark in the next quarterly report.
